Terms of Service

Welcome to VioraBridge. By accessing our software platform, APIs, or using our redirect router middleware (collectively, the “Services”), you enter into a legally binding agreement with us and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Platform Purpose & Scope

VioraBridge is a private tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) survey operations middleware. The platform functions as a link routing and data-scrubbing bridge sitting between third-party survey programming platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher) and panel vendor portals (e.g., Cint, Lucid). VioraBridge does not sell, rent, or provide respondent samples or survey programming services directly.

2. Acceptable Use Policy & Restrictions

You agree to use VioraBridge strictly for legitimate survey operations and panel traffic routing. You shall not, nor permit any third party to:

  • Loop Injection: Configure survey redirection pathways that cause infinite loops, automated click farms, or duplicate survey entry hits.
  • Link Harvesting: Scrape client survey links or manipulate tracking parameters (`rid`, `uid`, `subid`) to redirect unauthorized traffic.
  • Malicious Content: Route traffic to survey links containing spyware, phishing mechanisms, or violating global advertising compliance codes.
  • PII Harvesting: Deactivate PII-scrubbing filters to harvest respondent email addresses, phone numbers, or credit card details through URL parameters.

3. Pricing, Invoicing, and Annual Contracts

Access to VioraBridge is provided under custom annual contracts starting at a baseline of **$5,000/year**, or under a 30-Day Free Trial.

  • Invoicing: Corporate tenants are manually invoiced based on their annual contract terms. Services and preset items are managed through the tenant Invoicing Service Catalog.
  • Grace Periods: If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, VioraBridge allows a default **14-day grace period** (or a customized grace period configured by the superadmin) before deactivating the tenant workspace.
  • Suspension: Once the grace period expires, the tenant account is set to a suspended status, and all respondent routing URLs mapped under the tenant's custom domains will fail to resolve and redirect.

4. Service Availability & Warranties (“AS IS”)

BECAUSE VIORABRIDGE SITS IN THE MIDDLE OF THIRD-PARTY ROUTING LAYERS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

  • The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
  • We do not warrant that third-party survey programming sites (Qualtrics, Decipher) or panel vendor sites (Cint, Lucid) will remain online, accept our redirects, or process tracking variables without modifications.
  • We do not warrant that our VPN geofencing blocks will be 100% accurate, as IP registries and proxy detection methodologies update dynamically.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VIORABRIDGE AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or inability to use the survey router middleware.
  • Any unauthorized access or alteration of your SMTP transmissions or project setups.
  • Client survey link failures or client-vendor billing discrepancies.
